| 摘 要： | 抵抗素（Resistin)是脂肪细胞分泌的一个新的激素,具有抑制脂肪细胞对胰岛素刺激葡萄糖的摄取等抗胰岛素作用。血中Resistin水平受多种因素影响。Resistin的发现为肥胖与胰岛素抵抗提供了一个新的研究方向,它可能成为肥胖与胰岛素抵抗的一个联系纽带之一,它的生物学功能及与肥胖,胰岛素抵抗,2型糖尿病的关系有待于进一步深入研究。

| Abstract: | Resistin is a new hormone which is secreted by fat cells. It can inhibit insulin-stimulated glucose uptake by adipocytes and impair the insulin action. Circulating resistin concentrations is influnced by several factors. Resistin offers a new research target for the study of obesity and insulin resistance. It is likely to serve as a link between obesity insulin resistance. Further studies is required to understand better the biological function of resistin and the relation of obesity,insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. [ |
