《伤寒论》针灸学术思想探析

[目的]探寻仲景针灸学术思想,希冀后学领会仲师针灸立法之精微,以供临证参考。[方法]从《伤寒论》针灸条文中总结其针灸治疗的特点与规律。[结果]《伤寒论》中对针灸疗法的记载简要,其中论述针刺者10条,论火灸法者7条,论火逆证者18条,体现出针与灸的使用范围、针药并用、灸药并用、针法治未病,治病求本等思想。[结论]仲景针灸学术思想对指导后世继承和发扬祖国医学不无裨益,其在针灸史上作出的贡献不可磨灭。

Academic Thought Exploration of Acupuncture in Treatise on Exgenous Febrile Diseases

[Objective] To explore the academic thought of acupuncture and moxibustion of Zhang Zhongjing＆#39;s as wel as provide references for the later generations in clinical practice. [Methods]This paper summarizes the features and regulations of acupuncture and moxibustion from articles in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. [Results]Concise information on acupuncture and moxibustion therapies is recorded in book, which exists ten articles for acupuncture, seven for moxibustion with fire, and 18 for syndrome of fire reversal, but very valuable. It is reflected that usable range of acupuncture and moxibustion, acupuncture（moxibustion） added with chinese medcine, preventive treatment of disease, searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment, and so on. [Conclusion]Academic thought of acupuncture and moxibustion of Zhang Zhongjing is of significance for later generations to inherit and develop traditional Chinese medicine, and his contribution to science of acupuncture and moxibustion is eternal.
