广西宁明县363名越南籍媳妇艾滋病知识及感染状况调查

目的：了解宁明县越南籍媳妇的人口学资料、艾滋病知识知晓情况以及艾滋病病毒（ HIV）、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒（ HCV）感染状况，为开展有针对性的艾滋病防治和行为干预提供科学依据。方法用整群抽样的方法在宁明县境内越南籍媳妇分布较为集中的50个重点村/社区采用统一问卷由专人进行一对一的问卷调查，并采集血样进行HIV、梅毒、HCV检测。调查数据采用Excel录入，SPSS18.0进行分析。结果本次共调查越南籍媳妇363名，调查对象平均年龄为18～65（38.97±9.02）岁，艾滋病知识知晓率为28.65％（104/363），影响艾滋病知晓率的因素为文化程度与艾滋病信息获得途径。 HIV抗体阳性检出率为0.83％（3/363），梅毒阳性检出率为1.93％（7/363），HCV阳性检出率为0。结论该县越南籍媳妇艾滋病知识知晓率较低，是一个值得关注的输入性艾滋病病毒传染源群体，是艾滋病防治工作中的重点教育和重点监测人群。应加强有针对性的边境农村地区艾滋病宣传工作，加大跨国婚姻人群的婚前检测工作力度。

Survey of HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness and infection status in 363 Vietnamese daughter-in-law in Ning-ming County of Guangxi

Objective To understand the demographic data , HIV knowledge awareness and HIV , syphilis, HCV infection status for Vietnamese daughter-in-law in Ningming County , so as to provide the scientific basis for HIV prevention and control and behavior intervention for them .Methods Using cluster sampling method to collect sam-ples of Vietnamese daughter-in-law in 50 key villages/communities of Ningming county where Vietnamese daughter-in-law concentrated , face to face interview through questionnaire were conducted by trained staff , blood samples were collected to test HIV, syphilis and HCV.The survey data were inputed through Excell, analyzed by SPSS18.0.Re-sults Three hundred and sixty-three Vietnamese daughter-in-law were collected , their mean age was 18~65（38.97 ± 9.02） years old, HIV knowledge awareness rate was 28.65%（104/363）, The factors affecting HIV/AIDS knowl-edge awareness rate were the degree of culture and the way obtaining information of HIV /AIDS.HIV infection rate was 0.83%（3/363）, the positive rate of syphilis was 1.93%（7/363）, HCV infection rate was 0.Conclusion The HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness of Vietnamese daughter-in-law is low.They are a notable importing HIV infection source group , and also the important group which needs education and surveillance for HIV /AIDS prevention and control.The HIV/AIDS education and publicity should be strengthened to people living in border rural areas , in the meanwhile , the premarital testing should be improved for those transnational marriage crowd .
