摘    要:目的:评价ESR-30全自动血沉仪检测结果的可靠性。方法:我院136例门诊、体检和住院患者,分别应用ESR-30全自动血沉仪和魏氏法同时测定红细胞沉降率(ESR),并将结果进行比对分析。结果:两法ESR测定结果相关性良好(r=0.992),当仪器法测定结果在0~80mm/h 时各组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但ESR>80mm/h 时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ESR-30自动血沉仪操作简便、检测速度快、结果准确,值得临床推广使用。但对于ESR>80 mm/h时建议用魏氏法复查。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the reliability of the ESR-30 automatic ESR analyzer in detecting erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR).Methods:136 cases including outpatients and physical examination and hospitalized patients were selected,and their ESR was measured by ESR-30 automatic ESR analyzer and Westergren method,and the data was statistically analyzed.Results:The results of the two methods in detecting ESR had a good correlation (r=0.992),and there was no significant difference when the instrument determination results were in 0 ~ 80mm/h (P〉0.05), but if the ESR 〉 80mm/h there was a statistically difference(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The operation of ESR-30 automatic ESR analyzer was simple and fast, and the measured result was accurate, so it was worthy of clinical use. But if ESR〉80 mm/h,it was suggested being reviewed by Westergren method.
