| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声在监控高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗肿瘤及评价其疗效中的价值。方法 应用重庆医科大学研制的JC型高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗系统治疗患者40例,且用超声显像监控其治疗过程及评价其治疗效果。结果 声像图可见所有经治疗后肿块内部回声增强,肿块缩小或消失。结论 超声检查可监控肿瘤的治疗过程,在其疗效评价上准确性高。

| Abstract: | Objective Exploring the efficacy of ultrasonography in high intensity focused ultrasound treatment for cancer. Methods Forty cases of cancer patients were treated by made by JC model high intersity focused ultrasound Chongqing Medical University in my department.The authors achieved satisfactory results in 40 cases of cancer patients whom have been treated high intensity focused ultrasound treatment.Results Ultrasonography can effectivehy monitor the ablation procedure that tumors become shrinking or disappearing.Patients feel less painful. Conclusion Ultrasonography monitoring is a solution in the turnor treatment procedure and ablation effectiveness. |
