通心络胶囊对脑梗塞临床及血液流变学的影响

目的 观察通心络胶囊对脑梗塞患者的临床及血液流变学的影响.方法 将120例入选的脑梗塞急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,两组均常规脱水,护脑及对症治疗,治疗组口服通心络胶囊,每次4粒,每天3次,连续4周.观察其用药前后血液流变学指标的变化及临床疗效.结果 血液流变学、血脂水平与临床疗效,治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 通心络胶囊有效改善血液流变学,血脂代谢和脑梗塞患者临床症状,是改善脑组织缺血安全有效药物.

Effect of TongXinLuo Capsule on Cerebral Infarction and Hemorrheology

Objective To investigate the action mechanism of Tongxinluo capsule by observing its effect in treating cerebral infarction and the effect on hemorrheology.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 60 patients in treatment group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule, 4 capsules once, 3 times a day, with a treatment course of 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect and change of hemorrheology before and after treatment in both groups were observed.Results There were significant differences in the parameters mentioned above between tow groups (p<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can effectively improve the hemorrheology parameters, blood lipid metabolism, therapeutic effect for cerebral infarction, which also can improve cerebral ischemia safely and effectively.
