酚妥拉明、硫酸镁和硝苯地平联合治疗妊娠期高血压90例

目的：探讨酚妥拉明、硫酸镁和硝苯地平联合联合至治疗妊娠期高血压的效果。方法：选择本院2008年10月-2011年12月收治的妊娠期高血压患者90例,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组45例患者给予酚妥拉明、硫酸镁和硝苯地平联合治疗,对照组45例患者仅给予硫酸镁治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果：两组治疗后血压均明显下降,研究组治疗后收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组。研究组剖宫产率明显低于对照组,顺产率明显高于对照组。研究组发生围生期胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息及围生儿死亡率均明显低于对照组。结论：酚妥拉明、硫酸镁和硝苯地平联合治疗妊娠期高血压可有效降低血压,减少新生儿不良结局情况,值得临床推广应用。

Phentolamine,Magnesium Sulfate and Nifedipine Combined Treatment of 90 Cases of Gestational Hypertension

Objective ： To discuss the effect of phentolamine , magnesium sulfate and nifedipine in treatment of gestational hypertension. Method： 90 hypertension patients in gestation period from October 2008 to December 2011 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 45 patients in study group were given phentolamine, magnesium sulfate and nifedipine cnmbinalion therapy, and 45 patients in control group were only given magnesium sulfate treatment, treatment effect of two group were observed. Result： The two groups after treatment blood pressure significantly decreased, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant difference. The rate of cesarean section was significantly lower than the control group, the rate of vaginal delivery of study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The team occurred in the perinatal period in fetal distress and neonatal suffocation and circumference begat mortality were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion： Phentolamine, magnesium sulfate and nifedipine combination therapy gestational hypertension can effectively reduce blood pressure, reduce neonatal adverse outcome, worthy of clinical application.
