掌背动脉皮支筋膜蒂皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损

目的：评价应用掌背动脉皮支筋膜蒂皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法：对18例26指皮肤缺损患者,分别采用第2、3、4掌背动脉皮支筋膜蒂皮瓣给予修复,皮瓣切取面积为：2.0cm×4.0cm～3.0cm×5.5cm。结果：术后18例26指皮瓣全部成活。术后随访时间为3个月～1年,皮瓣外形良好,不臃肿,感觉可。供区创面均Ⅰ期愈合,创口呈线性瘢痕,皮瓣少许色素沉着。结论：掌背动脉皮支筋膜蒂皮瓣切取方便、损伤小,是修复手指皮肤缺损的良好方法。

Dorsal Metacarpal Artery Cutaneous Branch Fascio-cutaneous Flap to Repair Soft Tissue Defects of the Fingers

Objective： To evaluate the method and treatment outcome of repairing soft tissue defects of fingers with dorsal metacaopal artery cutaneous branch fascio-cutaneous flap.Method： 18 cases of fingers with soft tissue defects were repaired by the application of the second, third or fouth dorsal metacarpal artery cutaneous branch fascio-cutaneous flap.The flap area ranged from 2.0 cm x 4.0 em to 3.0 cm x 5.5 cm.Result： All 26 flaps of the 18 cases suivived.The patients were followed-up for 3 months to 1 year.The appearance of all the flaps was good, no bulkiness.The function recovered well. Condution： The surgery is feasible and less traumatic.Dorsal metacaopal artery cutaneous branch fascio-cutaneous flap is an optimal method for coverage of soft tissue defect of the fingers.
