中西医结合治疗胃溃疡合并出血患者的临床观察及预后影响

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡合并出血患者的临床疗效和预后情况。方法：将本院收治的82例胃溃疡合并出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组止血同时给予常规西医治疗，观察组在此基础上给予健胃止血汤，观察两组临床疗效及预后。结果：观察组Hp转阴率为78．1％，总有效率为82．9％，对照组Hp转阴率为48．7％，总有效率为51．2％，两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；随访发现，观察组溃疡复发率为14.3％，对照组溃疡复发率为26．3％，两组溃疡复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗胃溃疡合并出血患者能显著提高临床疗效和改善预后。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and prognosis of integrative in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients with bleeding.Method： 82 cases of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in our hospital, the control group was given conventional western medicine, the observation group was given Jianwei Zhixue decoction on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy and prognosis was observed.Result： The total efficiency of the observation group was 82.9%, the control group was 51.2%, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） ; ulcer recurrence rate of the observation group was 14.3%, the control group was 26.3%, There were significant differences between the two sets of ulcer recurrence rate （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Integrative can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the prognosis in the treatment of gastric ulcer with hemorrhage patients.
