护理心理干预对老年原发性高血压治疗效果影响

目的：探讨护理心理干预对老年原发性高血压治疗效果的影响。方法：在给予药物治疗的同时,给予干预组护理干预,采用对照分析,比较干预组和对照组患者治疗后的降压效果、原发性高血压药物治疗依从性（CPAT）情况和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分。结果：通过护理心理干预,干预组患者的降压效果、服药依从性均优于对照组,SAS评分低于对照组,治疗总有效率达到93.33%。结论：有效的护理心理干预有利于提高老年原发性高血压患者的治疗依从性,避免患者受到负面心理状况的影响,一定程度上增加了药物治疗的效果,总体上提到了治疗效果,值得推广。

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Elderly Hypertensive Patients

Objective： To explore the effect of psychological nursing on senile primary hypertension treatment effect. Method： Patients were given routine drug treatment and nursing, the research group on the basis of psychological intervention, antihypertensive effect. To compare compliance and anxiety score of the two groups after drug treatment. Result： Through psychological nursing, medication compliance of patients with antihypertensive effect, were better than the control group; SAS score was lower than that of the control group. The total effective rate reached 93.33%. Conclusion： Effective nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of elderly patients with primary hypertension patients, avoid the influence of negative mental state, a certain extent increase the efficacy of drug treatment, the therapeutic effect of the mentioned in general. Psychological nursing is worthy of popularization.
