53例宫外孕并失血性休克急救及护理研究

目的：研究宫外孕并失血性休克急救和护理方法。方法：资料选自2011年4月-2012年10月在本院进行宫外孕并失血性休克治疗的患者53例,对所有患者进行急救治疗和有效的护理,并行剖腹探查术治疗。观察急救和剖腹探查术后患者病因、腹腔出血、输血等的情况,以及患者护理后的情况。结果：通过对宫外孕并失血性休克的患者进行一系列的抢救和护理措施之后,进行剖腹探查术,确诊所有患者均为异位妊娠,其中输卵管破裂占65.3%,流产占22.6%,卵巢妊娠破裂占9.4%,宫角妊娠破裂占3.7%;所有患者均出现腹腔内出血情况,其中出血量在1000～1500ml的占33.9%,1500～2000ml的占52.8%,2000～2500ml的占13.2%。同时进行自体血回输的患者占47.1%,输全血的患者为占30.1%,输红细胞占22.6%。结论：对宫外孕并失血性休克的患者进行及时有效性的抢救及护理,可以为患者赢得最佳的治疗时间,同时促进患者早日康复,在临床治疗中具有比较重要的意义。

53 Cases of Ectopicpregnancy and Hemorrhagic Shockfirst-aid and Nursing Research

Objective：To study the ectopic pregnancy andhemorrhagic shock first-aid and nursing method. Method：Data in April 2011-October 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 53 patients with ectopic pregnancy and uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock,emergency treatment and effective nursing care in patients with all,laparotomy was parallel treatment. To observe first-aid and laparotomy surgery causes,such as abdominal bleeding,blood transfusion,and patient care. Result：By patients of ectopic pregnancy and uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock after a series of rescue and nursing measures, laparotomy was conducted,all patients diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy,including tubal rupture（65.3%）,abortion（22.6%）,ovarian pregnancy ruptures（9.4%）. Angle of palace pregnancy ruptures accounted for 3.7%. All patients with abdominal cavity hemorrhage was observed in all cases, among them the bleeding in 1000-1500 ml of 33.9%,in 1500-2000 ml of 52.8%,13.2% in 2000-2500 ml. Simultaneously autologous blood doping of patients（47.1%）,whole blood of patients was 30.1%,loss of red blood cells（22.6%）. Conclusion：The patients of ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock are timely and effective rescue and nursing,can win the best treatment time for the patient,and promote an early recovery of patients,has important significance in clinical treatment.
