手法复位结合心理疏导治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕58例分析

目的：探讨手法复位结合心理疏导治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕（BPPV）的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析58例BPPV患者的临床资料,采用Epley复位法、Barbecue复位法对BPPV患者进行手法复位,同时结合心理疏导,并对治疗效果进行随访。结果：第1次治疗后46例（79.3%）痊愈,第2次治疗后53例（91.4%）痊愈,第3次治疗后57例（98.3%）痊愈,随访6个月1例复发,总有效率达98.3%。结论：手法复位结合心理疏导治疗BPPV简单易行,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Analysis of Manual Reduction Combined with Psychology Counseling Treatment for 58 Cases of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Objective： To explore the effects of manual reduction combined with psychotherapy on patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo （BPPV） . Method： The clinical data of 58 cases of BPPV patients were retrospectively analyzed. The patients with BPPV were treated by the Epley repositioning and the barbecue reset combined with psychotherapy.Result： After the first treatment 46 cases （ 79.3% ） recovered, after the second treatment 53 cases （ 91.4% ） recovered, after the third treatment, 57 cases of the cases （ 98.3% ） recovered. Within a six-month follow-up, one patients with BPPV relapsed. The total effective rate was 98.3% after treatment. Conclusion： The successful repositioning maneuver combined with psychotherapy is simple, and the effect is exact. It is easy to solve BPPV and worthy of promotion in clinic.
