肺硬化性血管瘤行肺叶切除术的临床价值分析

目的：研究肺叶切除术对患有肺硬化性血管瘤患者实施治疗的临床效果，为今后的临床治疗工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法：抽取62例患有肺硬化性血管瘤的患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组31例。对照组采用放射性疗法，治疗组采用肺叶切除方式实施治疗。结果：治疗组患者肺硬化性血管瘤治疗有效率为90．3％，显著高于对照组的64．5％（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者病情好转时间以及住院治疗时间均较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）；治疗期间治疗组患者不良反应率较对照组显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论：应用肺叶切除术对患有肺硬化性血管瘤的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显，缩短了住院治疗时间，并且并发症发生率低，值得关注。

Clinical Value Analysis of Pulmonary Sclerosing Hemangioma Line Lobectomy

Objective： To study the application of the implementation of the clinical effect of treatment of pulmonary lobectomy patients with pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma. Provide a reliable basis for the clinical treatment of future work.Method： A total of 62 patients with pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 31 cases in each group.The radiation therapy was given to the patients in the treatment group; the implementation of therapy was given to the treatment of pulmonary lobectomy patients.Result： The treatment group patients with pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma of the labor efficiency was 90.3%, significantly higher than that 64.5% of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; in the treatment group improved time and hospitalization time were higher than those in the control group, was significantly shortened （ P〈0.05 ） ; treatment group were not good response rate than the control group significantly decreased （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The application of lobeetomy for patients with pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma of the implementation of the clinical treatment effect is very obvious, shortened hospitalization time, and low rate of complications, worthy of attention.
