| 摘 要： | 围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血,主要表现为月经量多或不规则出血,是妇科较为难治的疾病之一,目前临床主要有刮宫止血、性激素调节、止血药物、中医药治疗及手术切除子宫止血等治疗方法。米非司酮(RU486,Mifetmstone,Mifegyne)目前在妇产科等临床专科中广泛应用,随其作用机制及临床研究的不断深入,越来越多学者将其单独或与其他治疗方法联合应用治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血。 |

| Abstract: | Peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is an intractable gynecological diseases which mainly indicate meno-metrorrhagia or irregular bleeding.It is usually managed by many methods including scraping the uterine endomembrane,regulating sexual hormone,using hemostatic drugs and Chinese traditional medicine,carrying on uterus exairesis and so on.Nowadays,Mifetmstone is widely used in clinical special course of study such as gynaecology and obstetrics.With the further study in mechanism of study and clinical study,Mifetmstone has been used lonely or with other therapeutic methods to treat peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding by more and more scholars. |
