| 摘 要： | １０例恶性复发性脑胶质瘤经再次手术加术中放射治疗后，１年生存率为１００％，２年为５０％；再复发中位期间为９个月。本文报告术中放射治疗方法，并对其优点及治疗结果进行讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Ten cases of recurrent malignant glioma were treated with intraoperative radiation therapy. The 1 year survival rate was 100%. The 2 year survival rate was 50%. The median recurrent time of intraoperative radiotherapy was 9 months. The method of intraoperative radiation therapy is presented, and the benifit and result are discussed in this article. |
