| 摘 要： | 目的探讨解老年期精神病患经用抗精神病药物后所出现的副反应;方法本院精神科1988年5月～1998年5月间60岁以上住院的60名患,所出现的精神药物副反应,接副反应量表进行调查;结果锥体外系反应60例中有17例,占28.3％,顽固性便秘11例占18．3％,过度抑制11例占18.3％;结论老年期精神病的药物副反应与患的代谢功能相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the adverse effect of the psychotric drugs taken by the old psychotics. Methods 60 old psycotics taking psychotropic drugs were investigated. Results 17 outer vertebra appeared adverse effect which constituted 28. 3%, 11 stubborn constipation constituted 18. 3% and 11 over depressed constituted 18.3%. Conclusion The adverse effects of psychotropic drugs taken by the old people are related to metabolism. |
