尼莫同治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

目的:评估尼莫同治疗血管性痴呆的疗效。方法:将60例血管性痴呆患者随机分为两组,尼莫同组32例,给予尼莫同10mg,1次/d静脉滴注,8周为1个疗程;对照组28例,给予胞二磷胆碱1.0g+0.9%NaCl溶液250ml,1次/d静脉滴注,8周为1个疗程。治疗前、后分别测定简易智能精神状态检查量表、日常生活活动能力量表及临床症状进行评分。结果:治疗前后精神状态检查量表、日常生活活动能力量表及临床症状改变与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:尼莫同治疗血管性痴呆安全有效。

Clinical observation of vascular dementia treated with nimotop

Objective To observe the efficacy of nimotop in the treatment of vascular dementia （VD） .Method Total 60 cases of VD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.For 32 patients with VD were treated with nimotop by intravenous drip once daily for 8 weeks,while those in the control group were given cytidine diphosphate choline injection 1.0 by intravenous drip once daily for 8 weeks.The score using the Mini Mental State Examination （MMSE） ,activity of daily living （ADL） and clinical symptoms were calculated after 8 weeks.Results MMSE,ADL and clinical symptoms score of the two groups after 8 weeks＇ treatment had significant difference （P〈0.01） .Conclusion Nimotop is effective in treating the cognitive VD.
