断冠再接术治疗外伤恒前牙冠折的疗效观察

目的 观察断冠再接术治疗恒前牙外伤冠折的临床效果。方法 对外伤冠折断片保留完整的38颗恒前牙冠折患者，运用牙釉质-牙本质粘结剂和光固化复合树脂使自体断冠复位再接，进行3年的临床回顾性观察。结果 断冠再接术2年的保存率为94．74％，3年的保存率为92．01％。结论 断冠再接术是一中、短期的暂时修复的好方法，是治疗18岁以下冠折患者首选的方法。

Observation of the Clinical Effect on Reattachment of Crown Fractured Permanent Incisors

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of reattachment of permanent incisors with crown fracture. Methods 38 teeth of 31 subjects with crown fracture were treated by reattachment with the enamel-dentin adhesive and the resin composite when intact incisal edge segments were presented. And all cases were assessed clinically by followed up 3 years. Results The success rate was 94.74% on the basis of the two-year follow-up. The success rate was 92.01% on the basis of the three-year follow-up. Conclusion As a short to medium term temporary restoration which has the potential for indefinite service, reattachment of a fragment to the remaining tooth isis the preferred treatment for pre-teens or teenage patients.
