腰椎间盘突出症康复治疗效果与腰椎CT影像结果的关系

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者康复治疗后腰椎功能恢复与腰椎CT影像的关系。方法：对134例腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗前后进行观察，根据突出物的不同水平层面分为单节段与多节段突出，根据突出物不同突,出程度分为膨出型，突出型和膨出加突出型。结果：治疗后单节段突出患者比多节段突出患者腰椎功能改善明显，膨出型患者比突出型和膨出加突出型患者腰椎功能改善明显，结论：腰椎间盘突出症患者康复治疗后功能恢复与椎间盘突出的程度和节段密切相关。

The relationship between lumbar vertebral CT radiography and functional recovery of patients with lumbar inter vertebral disc protrusion following rehabilitation therapy

Objective:The relationship between the lumbar vertebral CT radiography and the lumbar vertebral functional recovery of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion was studied after the rehabilitation therapy.Method:134 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were observed before and after treatment.Based upon different pathology, they were classified as single disc protrusion and multi disc protrusion, or as inflation , protrusion and inflation plus protrusion. Result: The function of patients with single disc protrusion were obviously improved rather than those with multi-disc protrusion, and the function of patients with disc inflation were significantly enhanced than those with disc protrusion and those with protrusion plus inflation. Conclusion:The function recovery of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion after rehabilitation therapy was significantly related with the extent and segment of intervertebral disc protrusion.
