| 摘 要： | 目的探讨良性疾病行胆肠内引流术后正常胆道重建的临床价值。方法通过对24例因胆道良性疾病行胆肠吻合术的患者再行正常胆道的重建，随访并比较胆肠吻合术后和重建正常胆道后并发症的发生情况。结果24例患者均恢复正常胆道生理通道，术后随访十个月到六年零两个月，均无胆管炎及结石的发生。结论良性胆道疾病患者除存在不可修复的胆道狭窄外禁忌行胆肠内引流术，已经行胆肠内引流术的患者应重建正常胆道。 |

RECONSTRUCTION OF NORMAL BILE-DUCT AFTER CHOLANGIO-ENTEROSTOMY FOR BENIGN DISEASES OF BILE-DUCT |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical significances of reconstruction of normal bile-duct after cholangio-enterostomy for benign diseases of bile-duct.Methods 24 cases patients with cholangioenterostomy for benign diseases of bile-duct were reconstructed into normal bile duct and fellowed-up after operation.Results Normal bile duct were reconvered in all patients.There aren't recurrences of cholangitis and bile-duct stones in six months to six years and two-months postoperatively.Conclusions Cholangioenterostomy is restricted in patients with benign diseases of bile-duct.Patients with cholangio-enterostomy should be operated to reconver normal bile-duct. |
