基于条形码技术的病理申请电子化管理

病理诊断作为疾病诊断的“金标准”,在医疗活动中占有非常重要的地位.条形码技术在病理信息化管理尤其是安全管理中发挥了至关重要的作用,该技术的应用规范了标本送检流程、杜绝了标本识别差错,实现了从标本采集、送检、接收、诊断、报告的全流程质控.文章主要论述了复旦大学附属肿瘤医院病理电子申请和标本条码化管理的总体设计流程以及实现方法.

Electronic Management of Pathology Application Based on Barcode Technology

As a "gold standard",the histopathology is crucial for the diagnosis of the disease.The bar code technique plays an important role in management of pathological information especially in safety management.It standardizes the examination process,avoids specimen identification error,realizes the whole process quality insurance from the specimen collection,receiving,diagnosis to examination report.This article illustrates the overall design and implementation of the electronic management of pathological application based on the barcode technique in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center.
