如意金黄散外敷治疗下肢丹毒的效果观察

目的:探讨如意金黄散外敷治疗下肢丹毒的效果。方法:将48例下肢丹毒患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例。对照组单用阿莫西林舒巴坦钠静脉输入,治疗组在阿莫西林舒巴坦钠静脉输入的同时采用如意金黄散外敷。比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组患者的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛缓解时间、肿胀缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:如意金黄散外敷治疗丹毒具有安全、无副作用、起效快、疗效确切、疗程短等特点,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of Ruyi Jinhuang San cream in treatment of lower limb erysipelas

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Ruyi Jinhuang San cream extermtl application in treating erysipelss in lower limbs. Metheds ：Forty - eight cs were randomized into treatment group and control group, twenty - four cases in each group. The cases in control group were treated with Amoxicil- lin sulbectam sodium and tanks by intravenous. The cases in treatment group were treated with Ruyi Jinhuang San cream external application and Amoxicillin sulbactam sodium and tanks. The c]inica efficacy and symptoms were observed . Results： The therapeutic effect of patients in the treatment group is better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients in the treatment group, swelling and al]evlate pain relief time shorter than the control group （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion： Ruyi Jinhuang San cream external application therapy combined with Amoxicillin sulbactam sodium and tanks can improvement the clin- ical efficacy of erysipelas in lower limbs
