| 摘 要： | 目的探讨归芪胶囊对家兔心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法以家兔血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化氢(H20 2)为指标进行实验观察.结果归芪胶囊对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤家兔血清中GSH-PX的升高与H202的降低有显著作用(P＜0.01).结论归芪胶囊通过对GSH-PX与H202含量的影响,对再灌注心肌损伤有保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the protective actions of Guiqi capsule compound to the rabbits of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Method To observe the indexes-GSH-PX and H2O2-from the rabbits blood in order to prove effect of the medicine. Result The group medicine used Guiqi capsule compound had an obviously increase the GSH-PX and decrease the H2O2 to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion The medicine-Guiqi capsule compound-has obviously protective action to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by the way of regulating the serum content of GSH-PX and H2O2. |
