| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾盂癌的超声图像特点。方法回顾性分析43例经手术病理证实的肾盂癌超声声像图。结果超声对肾盂癌的正确诊断率为69．7％（30／43），误诊率为9．3％（4／43），漏诊率21％（9／43）。结论超声可作为肾盂癌的重要初筛手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the features of ultrasound sonogram in renal pelvic cancer. Methods 43 cases of renal pelvic cancer diagnosed by ultrasound before operation were analized retrospectively. Results The correct diagnostic rates of ultrasound were 69. 7% （30/43） , misdiagnosis rate were 9.3% （4/43） and rate of missed diagnosis were 21% （9/43）. Conclusions Ultrasound is an important preliminary screening in the diagnosis of renal pelvic cancer. |
