癌症疼痛的临床及药物治疗效果分析

目的探讨癌症疼痛的三阶梯药物治疗的效果。方法对我院2007年1月～2009年12月收治的中晚期恶性肿瘤120例给予规范的三阶梯止痛治疗,分析其疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗两周后轻度疼痛的缓解率为100%,中度疼痛的缓解率为94.3%,中度疼痛的缓解率为90.8%,总缓解率为92.5%;治疗期间常见的不良反应主要为便秘,发生率为11.7%,给予口服大便软化剂或缓泻剂及饮食指导后,便秘症状明显缓解。本组患者中没有1例由于不良反应而终止用药,也没有1例出现精神依赖及呼吸抑制。结论规范的三阶梯药物治疗止痛效果良好,不良反应的发生率低,是安全可行的。

The treatment effect analysis of cancer pain clinical by drug

Objective To explore the effect of the three-step cancer pain medication. Methods There were 120 patients with advanced cancer standardized three-step analgesic treatment,analysis of their efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The treatment of mild pain two weeks after the remission rate of 100%,moderate pain relief rate was 94.3%,moderate pain relief rate was 90.8% overall response rate was 92.5%; common adverse reactions during treatment primarily for constipation,the incidence of 11.7%,to give oral stool softeners or laxatives,and dietary guidance,the constipation,the symptoms eased significantly. No case of this group of patients were terminated because of adverse drug reactions,and no case of mental dependence and respiratory depression. Conclusion The standard three-step analgesic effect of drug treatment good,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,it is safe and feasible.
