| 摘 要： | 目的:通过临床药师对患者的药学监护,保障肿瘤患者使用药物的安全有效。方法:临床药师通过熟练掌握新药厄洛替尼的药理作用、不良反应以及防范措施,对1例服用厄洛替尼的肺癌患者进行药学监护。结果:临床药师在厄洛替尼所致胃肠道不良反应的处理及药物选择、对皮肤毒性反应的治疗方法以及肝脏转氨酶升高的用药及监测等过程中,与医师很好地配合,提高了用药的科学性、合理性,同时提高了患者的依从性,最终顺利的完成治疗。结论:临床药师通过对患者的药学监护,可以协助临床避免不良事件的发生,使患者用药更加安全、有效和合理。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To guarantee the safe and effective use of drugs in cancer patients by pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists.METHODS:Clinical pharmacist applied pharmaceutical care for a patient who was used erlotinib by mastering the pharmacological effects,ADR and precautions of erlotinib.RESULTS:Clinical pharmacist and doctor work together at the treatment and drug choice for gastrointestinal ADR,treatment method for skin toxicity and medication and monitoring for elevated liver transaminases caused by erlotinib,which improved scientific and rational drug use,improved patient's compliance and ultimately completed treatment successfully.CONCLUSIONS:Pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists can prevent adverse events and help safe,effective and reasonable drug use in patient. |
