| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨地方临床医学科研课题的一般特征及创新性，以便有的放矢做好查新服务工作。方法：从2012-2014年桂林医学院图书馆380份委托查新课题档案整理分析入手，对课题研究对象、层次、场所、方法及新颖性等五方面进行计数统计并分组进行卡方检验比较。结果：2012-2013年课题新颖性主要体现在效应指标上，2014年新颖性则主要体现在介入因素上（x2=110.12,P<0.01），2012-2013年效应指标新颖性以综合性指标为主，2014年则以敏感性指标为主（x2=44.10,P<0.01）。结论：了解和把握临床科研特点及新颖性可更好服务于临床科研，可更有效地引导和鼓励科研创新。
