妇产科围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用分析

目的调查临床医师对围手术期妇产科预防性抗菌药物的使用现状,促进预防性抗菌药物的合理使用。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2009年6月593例妇产科手术患者使用抗菌药物情况并判断其合理性。结果全部手术患者均应用抗菌药物,单一86.51%、二联12.82%、三联0.67%;术后感染1.52%。结论医院妇产科在抗菌药物用药时机已经做到规范化,但在药物品种选择及应用时间上仍存在不足,需要加强管理。

Prophylactic application of antibiotics in obstetrics and gynecology during perioperative period
