| 摘 要： | 目的了解含酶抑制剂复合药对常见非发酵菌体外抗菌活性,为临床抗菌药物的选用提供科学依据。方法对2008-2009年住院患者标本分离的566株非发酵菌,包括鲍氏不动杆菌(ABA)247株,铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)221株,嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(SMA)82株,洋葱伯克霍尔德菌(BCE)49株,用K-B法检测4种含酶抑制剂复合药的体外药敏情况。结果 4种非发酵菌对氨苄西林/舒巴坦均显示高度耐药,耐药率为85.0%~100.0%,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率最低,为18.3%~34.7%;与原药比较,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦对ABA和SMA的敏感率提高最为明显,分别从27.1%和42.7%上升至78.5%和81.7%;哌拉西林/他唑巴坦对PAE和SMA也有较好的协同效果,敏感率分别从29.0%和17.1%上升至58.4%和52.4%。结论在选用含酶抑制剂复合药时必须根据该细菌的总体耐药状况、产生何种β-内酰胺酶以及原药的抗菌效果等综合考虑。 |
