人参茎叶皂甙和胆碱合用对学习记忆的影响

目的　观察人参茎叶皂甙和胆碱合用对学习记忆的影响。方法　应用一次性训练被动回避跳台实验和水迷宫空间分辨能力测试实验 ,利用东莨菪碱致大鼠学习记忆障碍模型、致小鼠学习障碍和记忆获得障碍模型、亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆巩固障碍模型、乙醇致小鼠记忆再现障碍模型。结果　人参茎叶皂甙 (40 0 mg/kg bw,灌服 )和胆碱 (2 0 0 mg/kg bw,灌服 )合用 ,在跳台和水迷宫实验中 ,显著改善东莨菪碱所致大鼠学习记忆障碍 ;在跳台实验中 ,显著改善小鼠学习障碍、记忆获得障碍、记忆巩固障碍和记忆再现障碍 ,比单用人参茎叶皂甙或胆碱效果明显 ,合用后 Q>1。结论　人参茎叶皂甙和胆碱合用有协同增强学习的作用

EFFECTS OF GINSENOSIDE OF STEM AND LEAF IN COMBINATION WITH CHOLINE ON LEARNING AND MEMORY

Objective:To observe the effects of ginsenoside of stem and leaf(GSL)in combination with choline on learning and memory. Method:One time training passive aviodance step down and water maze spatial localization tests were used.The impairment of learning and memory in rats as well as learning and memory acquisition in mice was induced by scopolamine. The disorders of memory retention and memory retrieval in mice were induced by NaNO 2 and alcohol respectively. Results:By oral administration of GSL(400 mg/kg) and choline(200 mg/kg), the impairment of learning and memory in rats was significantly improved in step down and water maze experiments. The disorders of learning, memory acquisition, memory retention and memory retrieval in mice were also improved in step down experiment. The effect of GSL in combination with choline was more remarkable than that of GSL or choline alone. Value Q was more than one after administration of both GSL and choline.Conclusion:GSL in combination with choline can synergically improve the function of learning and memory.
