儿童青春期身高生长速度规律的研究

本报告了１０９名（男５６、女５３）儿童青春期身高生长速度１０～１２年追踪测量的结果，提示了儿童青春期生长速度高峰年龄、高峰年龄峰值的范围和均值，以及十年生长速度的全距。本所得儿童生长速度与既往横剖面资料的结果有明显的差别。与１９６６年英国Ｔａｎｎｅｒ等报告的纵向观察的结果相似。为评价儿童青春期生长速度提供了依据。

Appraisal of Growth Rate in Adolescents

This article reports the results of the longitudinal study of growth rate among 109 adolescents (56 boys and 53 grils). It presented the characteristics of increase in height, the mean value and range of the peak age and the peak value of the growth rate during puberty. as well as growth increment during 10 years. The results of this study were very similar to those of the longitudinal study conducted by J. M. Tanner in 1966.This paper provides a basis for evaluating the puberty growth rate of individuals and groups of children.
