| 摘 要： | 目的对夏、秋两季的柴胡质量进行比较,以确定夏季是否也能作为柴胡的采收期。方法利用原子吸收分光光度法、高效液相色谱等方法,按照《中国药典》(2005年版)规定的质量标准指标,对辽南野生柴胡不同采收期的醇浸出物、灰分、柴胡皂苷(以柴胡皂苷a为主要指标)、多糖等含量进行测定。结果辽南野生柴胡不同采收期(夏季、秋季)质量相近。结论夏季也可作为柴胡采收期。
