马齿苋多糖的微波提取及含量测定

摘    要:目的:从马齿苋中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法:运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取马齿苋多糖,用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果:测得马齿苋中多糖含量 8.94%,平均回收率为97.6%,RSD=1.28%(n=6)。结论:首次运用微波技术从马齿苋中提取出多糖,反应速度加快,收率提高。

Abstract:Objective: To extract polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea and determine its content. Method: The polysaccharides of portulaca oleracea were obtained through hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation by microwave technique, which content was determined by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry. Result: The polysaccharides content of Portulaca oleracea was 8.94% , a average recovery was 98.52% with RSD = 1.28% ( n = 6). Conclusion: The polysaccharides extrated from Portulaca oleracea has been obtained by microwave technique applied first.
