| 摘 要： | 胫腓骨是长管状骨中最常发生骨折的部位,约占全身骨折的13.7%。骨折后髓内血运受到破坏,局部软组织血运较差,胫前软组织坏死率较高,处理不当容易造成感染、骨折延迟愈合、不愈合及骨髓炎的发生。特别是在高海拔地区选择正确的治疗方案尤为重要。2001年3月至2007年11月我院开展微创外固定架固定治疗胫骨骨折92例，取得较好效果。现将治疗体会报告如下。
