| 摘 要： | 目的探讨灯盏花素对顺铂耳蜗毒性的拮抗作用。方法将豚鼠随机分成顺铂组、灯盏花素组和对照组,测试听性脑干反应阈值,并行光镜、电镜观察。结果灯盏花素组ABR阈值较顺铂组明显降低(P<0.01)。光镜及电镜下灯盏花素组的内、外毛细胞排列整齐有序,结构基本正常。结论灯盏花素可减轻顺铂的耳蜗毒性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the antagonism of breviscapine on cochlea toxicity of Cisplatin.Methods The guinea pigs were randomly divided into Cisplatin group,breviscapine group and control group.The auditory brainstem response (ABR) threshold was tested.Light microscope and electron microscope were applied to observe.Results The ABR threshold in breviscapine group was obviously lower than that in Cisplatin group(P<0.01).The inside and outside hair cells lined up in order and the structures were normal on the whole.Conclusion Breviscapine can lighten cochlea toxicity of Cisplatin. |
