摘    要:
目的:研究柔红霉素聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯毫微粒(DNRPBCANP)能否逆转白血病细胞的多药耐药性。方法:以噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法评价DNR,DNRPBCANP,PBCANP对白血病细胞敏感株、耐药株的细胞毒性。结果:DNR对耐药株的细胞毒作用降低8倍,而DNRPBCANP对敏感株、耐药株的细胞毒作用保持不变。结论:DNRPBCANP可逆转白血病细胞的多药耐药性。

Abstract:
BJECTIVE: To study the reversion of multidrug resistance of leukemic murine cells using daunorubicin polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles (DNRPBCANP)in vitro. METHODS: The cytotoxicity of DNR, DNRPBCANP and PBCANP were determined by measuring the inhibition of cell growth using the tetrazolium dye (MTT) assay. RESULT: DNRPBCANP showed the same cytotoxic effect for sensitive and resistant cells, but free DNR decreased the cytotoxic effect in the case of resistant cells by 8 fold. CONCLUSION: DNRPBCANP was effective to overcome the multidrug resistance.
