黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的有效治疗方法。方法100例DPN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，在控制血糖基本达标的基础上，对照组给予维生素B1、甲钴胺胶囊、三磷酸腺苷片口服。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服黄芪桂枝五物汤。两组均以1个月为1个疗程，两个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组有效率（88．0％）明显高于对照组（64．0％）（χ^2=3．78，P〈0．05）；两组治疗后与治疗前比较腓总神经传导速度均显著增加（t=2．213，t=2．312，t=2．410，均P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后腓总神经传导速度优于对照组（t=2．311，t=2．413，均P〈0．05）。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗DPN疗效显著。

The curative effect of Huang Qi Gui Zhi Wu Wu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate the effective treatment method of diabetic peripheral neumpathy (DPN).Methods 100 cases of DPN were randomly divided into treatment group 50 cases and the control group 50 cases.On the basis of controlling blood glucose basically reaching the standard,the control group were given vitamin B1,A cobalamin capsules,adenosine triphosphate.The treatment group plus Huang qi Guizhi Wu wu Decoction thera-py;2 weeks as one therapeutic course.The effect was evaluated after two therapeutic course.Results Effective rate was 88.0% in treatment group significantly higher than control group 64.0%(χ~2=3.78,P<0.05);The two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment of common peroneal nerve conduction velocity were significantly increased(t=2.213,t=2.312,t=2.410,all P<0.05),treatment group of the common peroneal nerve conduction velocity after treatment better than the control group(t=2.311,t=2.413,all P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Huang Qi Gui Zhi Wu Wu decoction on DPN effect is significant.
