| 摘 要： | 本文总结了30例食道癌贲门癌患者术前术后的甲状腺激素水平监测结果,并将对照组与术前患者的甲 状腺激素对比和术前术后患者的甲状腺激素水平对比,前者结果为:T_3、T_4均降低,rT_3值升高;后者结果是:术后T_3降低,rT_3升高,T_4、TSH变化无显著性.因此,作者认为食道癌贲门癌患者手术前后的甲状腺激素的变化,可作为判断病情、疗效、治疗方案是否合理及估计预后的辅助指标.

| Abstract: | The thyroid hormone level of 30 cases of esophageal and gastric cardiac carcinoma were monitored and compared prior and post operation. We found an average decrease in T3,T4and an increase in rT3 when the patients caught the disease. Post operative comparison: a decrease in T3,an increase in rT3 and no remarkable change in T4 and TSH. The authors believe that the changes of thyroid hormone prior and post operations might be an accessory diagnostic index for judging the patients' conditions of illness. effectiveness of medicine administered and the reasonable options for treatment and prognosis. |
