宁夏回汉族人群脂联素基因SNP+276G/T单核苷酸多态性与代谢综合征的相关性

摘    要:目的 探讨宁夏回、汉族人群脂联素基因SNP+ 276G/T单核苷酸多态性与代谢综合征(MS)的相关性.方法 收集回、汉族MS患者(MS组)207例和136例以及回、汉族健康体检者(对照组)98例和102例,采用PCR-RFLP技术检测SNP+ 276G/T单核苷酸多态性,用ELISA法检测血清脂联素的浓度.结果 汉族MS组GG基因型频率及G等位基因频率均高于汉族对照组(P<0.05),回汉族2组间基因型频率及等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).回、汉族MS组血清脂联素水平均低于其对照组(P<0.05),回、汉族TG +TT基因型血清脂联素水平低于GG基因型者.Logistic回归分析显示SNP+ 276基因多态性是汉族MS的危险因素.结论 脂联素基因SNP+ 276G/T多态性可能与宁夏汉族MS相关,与宁夏回族MS无相关性.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between adiponectin (APN) gene + 276 nucleotide G/T polymorphism with metabolic syndrome(MS) in Hui and Han nationalities in Ningxia. Methods The study was performed in 207 Hui patients and 136 Han patients with MS (MS group) and was performed in 98 Hui healthy people and 102 Han healthy people (control group). PCR - RFLP and ELISA were used to detect the gene polymorphism of APN and the serum APN level. Results The frequencies of GG geno- type and G allele in Han MS group were higher than those in Han control group ( P 〈 0.05). The frequencies of genotype and allele were not significantly different between Hui MS group and Hui control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the serum APN level in MS group was lower in both Hui and Han nationalities ( P 〈 0.05). The serum APN level in subject with TG + TT genotypes was and Han nationality (P 〈 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that APN + 276G/T gene polymorphisms were the risk factors for metabolic syndrome in Han subjects. Conclusion + 276 G/T polymorphism of APN might be associated with MS in Han population but not in Hui population in Ningxia.
