| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电视胸腔镜手术诊治纵隔肿瘤的方法及价值.方法：1999-07～2004-01应用电视胸腔镜手术诊断和治疗纵隔肿瘤44例.结果：除1例恶性淋巴瘤活检外,其余各例均手术切除,全组患者无严重并发症及手术死亡.结论：应用电视胸腔镜手术诊治纵隔肿瘤,创伤小、术后恢复快,选择合适病例,在一定程度上可代替传统开胸手术.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the methods and value in treatment of mediastinal tumor by video-assisted(thoracoscopic) surgery(VATS).Methods: 44 patients with mediastinal tumor were diagnosed and treated by VATS from Jul.1999 to Jan.2004.Results: One patient with malignant lymphoma received diagnostic biopsy,the others had tumor resection,all the patients had no serious complications and operative mortality.Conclusion: VATS is a new and useful approach in the diagnosis and treatment of mediastinal tumors. |
