摘    要:采用微波消解等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对10种中药中的18种微量元素Al、As、B、Ba、Ca、Cd、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mo、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、P、Pb、Sr、Zn进行了测定。结果表明,除As、Cd、Mo、Pb外,各元素相对标准偏差(RSD)基本上小于5%;各元素的加标回收率在95%~106%之间。方法简便、快速、准确、可靠。

Abstract:18 kinds of trace elements (A1, As, B, Ba, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mo, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Sr, Zn) of Chinese Traditional Medicine were determination by Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP- OES) with microwave digestion. Besides As, Cd, Mo and Pb, the elements relative standard deviation (RSD) is almost less than 5 % and the elements recovery of standard addition is between 95 % -106 %. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
