| 摘 要： | 近年来综合评价方法在医院管理中得到广泛的认可和应用,但医院卫生技术人员综合评价的实施尚未进入规范化轨道.本文从医院卫生技术人员现行评价存在的问题、综合评价实施的必要性、综合评价指标体系的设计、有效实施综合评价的建议4个方面探讨了对医院卫生技术人员实施综合评价的总体思路.

| Abstract: | In recent years,comprehensive evaluation has been widely accepted and used in hospital administration,but the enforcement of such an appraisal has not yet been put onto a regular track.This paper discusses in general in the following perspectives:(1)Problems affecting the present appraisal process 2)Necessity of a comprehensive appraisal;(3)Designing of the comprehensive appraisal's indexing system;(4)Suggestions for effective enforcement of the comprehensive appraisal. |
