| Abstract: | The hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a major pathogen of chronic inflammatory liver disease and liver cirrhosis and is known to be infected to the hepatocytes via HBV specific receptors[1]. However, the specific receptor for HBV has not yet been identified. The HBV envelops consist of three related proteins, called major-(S region), middle-(S + preS2) and large protein (S + preS2 + preS1). |
