天麻钩藤饮对高血压病患者生存质量的影响

目的 :观察天麻钩藤饮对原发性高血压病 (肝阳上亢型 )生存质量的影响。方法 :将高血压病患者 6 6例分为观察组 34例和对照组 32例 ,分别给予天麻钩藤饮和尼群地平片治疗 4周。治疗前后测定血压以及评定临床症状和生存质量变化。结果 :2组治疗后血压改变差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而临床症状和生存质量 ,天麻钩藤饮组明显优于尼群地平组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压病具有与尼群地平片相同的降压效果 ,但在临床症状和生存质量改善方面优于尼群地平片。

Effect of Tianmagouteng Decoction on the Quality of Life in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective:To observe the effect of Tianmagouteng decoction on the quality of life in patients with essential hypertension (EHT).Methods:66 EHT cases were randomly divided into observation group (n=34) and control group (n=32), treated by Tianmagouteng decoction and tablet nitrendipine for 4 weeks respectively. Before and after treatment, blood pressure was measured, clinical symptoms evaluated and the changes in quality of life assessed. Results:There was significant difference in blood pressure change after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). The improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life in the observation group was more significant than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tianmagouteng decoction has the same effect as tablet nitrendipine in decreasing blood pressure,but Tianmagouteng decoction can improve clinical symptoms and quality of life, superior to tablet nitrendipine.
