运用协同护理模式对老年食管癌围手术期患者呼吸系统的护理

采用协同护理模式对８２例老年食管癌围手术期呼吸系统进行护理。强调术前应建立融洽的护患关系，做好术前教育与指导；术后通过改变呼吸型态、正确变更体位、湿化呼吸道及协助排痰，使术后呼吸系统并发症的发生率明显降低。协同护理模式注重责任护士、患者和家属为一护理集体的协同作用，提高了患者的自我护理能力，减轻了护士的工作量，增加了护理工作的独立性。

Effects of Collaborative Nursing Model on Nursing Care of the Esophagus Carcinoma Patients' Respiratory System in Perioperative Period

The collaborative nursing model was used to nurse the respiratory system in 82 old patients with esophagus carcinoma in the perioperative period. The author believed that good nurse-patient relation-ship should be established and operative knowledge and guidance should be given before operation. The results showed that the postoperative incidence rate of the complications of the respiratory system was significantly dropped by changing the respiratory form , correctly changing the patients' posture, humidifyong the respiratory tract, helping the patients cough out the sputum after operation.The collaborative nursing model attached importance to collaboration among the primary nurse, patient and family members so that the patient can improve self-nursing ability,decrease the nurses' work and increase the independence of the nursing work.
