| 摘 要： | 将大肠杆菌分别存放于4℃冰箱与37℃温箱中,经不同时间检测其存活数量。结果,在2种温度下,大肠杆菌8099株的存活率均高于大肠杆菌 ATCC 25922株者。

| Abstract: | The survival rates of Escherichia coli kept in 4℃ refrigerator and in 37℃ incubator were examined after keeping for various periods of time.The results indicated that the survival rates of E.coli strain 8099 were higher than those of E.coli strain ATCC 25922 at both temperatures. |
