| 摘 要： | 心身疾病是指心理社会因素在疾病的发生、发展过程中起重要作用的躯体器质性疾病。医学心理学研究表明,在诸多的心理社会因素中,情绪是导致心身疾病的一个很重要因素。学会调节和管理自己的情绪,才能保持身心健康,减少疾病的发生。

| Abstract: | Psychosomatic disease is an organic disease which psychology and society factors play an improtant role in the occurring and development of disease.Medical psychology researches indicate,among so many psychology and society factors,emotion is a very important factor which can induce psychosomatic diseases.Learning to adjust and control the emotion,will keep healthy and reduce the diseases. |
