摘    要:目的:对不同产地栀子药材中重金属元素Pb,Cd,As,Hg的含量进行考察。方法:运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定栀子药材中重金属Pb,Cd,As的含量,采用氢化物-冷原子吸收法测定其中Hg的含量。结果:所有批次检测结果均符合国家标准有关规定。结论:本实验建立的检测方法简单、快速、灵敏,为栀子中重金属元素的测定提供了一种可靠方法。

Abstract:Objective: Determination of the heavy metal elements in Gardeniae Fructus samples from different habitats. Method: The content of Pb, Cd, As contents in Gardeniae fructus was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS). Determination of Hg contents in Gardeniae fructus by hydride generation-cold as (HG-AAS). Result: All batch test result could meet the pertinent regulations of the national standards. Conclusion: The method was quick, simple with high sensitivivty. It is a reliable method for the determination of the heavy metal elements in Gardeniae fructus.
