| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨绿色通道应用在急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗中的护理体会。方法：回顾性分析2002年1月～2009年1月我院实施绿色通道抢救685例急性心肌梗死患者的急诊介入治疗及护理情况。结果：患者从入院至导管室手术的时间明显缩短（32.6～49.8min）,同时密切观察AMI并发症并予积极干预、精心护理,为降低AMI死亡率,提高抢救成功率赢得时间。结论：绿色通道应用在AMI介入治疗中为患者赢得了宝贵的治疗时间,效果满意。
