| 摘 要： | 目的:对慢性肺心病急发期中医证候分布规律进行研究,为中医诊治本病提供规范化研究依据。方法:对154例肺心病急性发作期病例进行回顾性调查。根据患者的一般资料、中医证候学及实验室检查资料,分非老年组和老年组2组,探索本病中医证候分布规律。结果:本病急发期中医证型以热痰内蕴型与热痰夹瘀型为最多见,约占50%～60%,其他证型占40%～50%。非老年组与老年组中气虚血瘀型分别为8.0%、11.5%,气阴两虚型分别为10.0%、4.8%,阳虚水泛型分别为10.8%、14.4%,痰浊闭窍型分别为10.0%、9.6%,老年组中寒痰内蕴型占3.8%。结论:热痰证、血瘀证、痰浊证等是肺心病急发期"标"实的主要表现,气虚证或气阴两虚证或阳虚证等是本病"本"虚的主要表现。 |
